At honours, we use creativity as a force for good. We believe in the power of design to tell stories, build connections, and amplify underrepresented voices. With a shared ethos of creativity, collaboration and inclusion, we founded honours, a name that celebrates our roots in education, and reflects our commitment to making the world a better place.

Founded by Rhona Breeze‑Lawlor and Jo Mansfield, we bring together deep experience across the arts, education and charity sectors. We work closely with like‑minded creatives and suppliers who share our values, ensuring every project is delivered in the best possible way.

As honours, we bring this collective experience into impactful work across both digital and traditional mediums. Whether we’re designing for social change, shaping stories, or collaborating with specialists, we are driven by one mission: to create work that connects with people, amplifies important messages, and leaves a meaningful, lasting impact.

Having worked extensively in higher education, we also bring experience in mentoring, fostering collaboration and creating inclusive environments where people can thrive. We first collaborated in 2020 as graphic design lecturers, quickly building a strong partnership rooted in shared values, although Rhona’s attempt to nickname us “Jhona” was lovingly, and firmly, declined by Jo.
